"This was my first trip to this fine property and quite honestly, I could not imagine going to DaLat and staying anywhere else. The service was excellent, the room and the view was perfect, and the bar fixed just a wonderful Gin and Tonic. While sitting out on the expansive veranda during a soft summer rain that blew in, I felt transported back in time. I remarked to my fiance that I felt like I was in a Graham Greene novel. "As an experienced traveller, I anticipated the lack of value at a resort restaurant (over-priced for what you get), as was the case here. Also anticipated was that their pre-paid shuttles, like from the airport are too pricey - you can book for half the price on your own. There was a stain on the lounge chair (so we never sat in it) and on the drapes. Most frustrating was their "free" shuttle to and from Da Lat town center.
