Hotel at this time of year (late April) was quiet. Pool and hot tub a welcome extra in the morning. Check in was also excellent as were the guest relations team."

"If you have kids, this is the best place to be in, in Lincoln. It's not too hard on pocket. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of activities for kids within the resort. Hot tub and swimming pools are awesome. Everything is nearby. Great restaurants around within 3-5 mins. Overall- it's lovely."

"The breakfast has many options, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is incredible and has views of mountains, the hotel is 2 miles away from Polly’s Pancake Parlor, 15 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, Echo Lake, Cannon Mountain, and The Basin, 20 minutes from Lincoln, with great restaurants and the Kancamagus Hwy for a stunning scenic drive, and the hotel prices are very affordable!
