We were only there one night, but enjoyed the staff , the room , was extremely nice and the breakfast buffet and the location was just off I 91 which was very convenient for our trip

The room was large, the bed very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great. Oddly, the room was not cleaned—bed unmade—though we stayed two nights. But the visit and facilities were very good overall.

Excellent facility. Has to give it a 4 however. The dryers in the laundry room were broken; had to drive to town to finish laundry. The fitness room was also shut down and inaccessible.

The indoor pool & hot tub are major draws, the only hotel like this in St. Johnsbury. The kids enjoy the pool during the weekend days & can make a lot of noise but it is all your in the morning. The exercise room has all the equipment and the pool is next door.

Hotel was right off the interstate so easy to find but plenty of trees to buffer any traffic sounds. Room was clean, friendly staff, and quiet.

We stayed 5 nights but could not get our room cleaned at all after 3 due to staff shortages. The staff there were very nice but not enough to service a full hotel with busses. Small items like bathroom nightlight out etc neeed to be addressed by housekeeping. The breakfasts were very good. However, we only got an afternoon cookie once out of 5 days. Such a shame that people are not considerate of other guests and load up.

Our first of many stays when we visit VT! We were impressed by your front desk assistant Jill along with Cindy from Housekeeping. We knew we were in good hands when we first checked in with Jill. Thank you Cindy, our room was immaculate!! We had the pleasure of speaking with Shirley in the dining hall both days. What a wonderful person, she did an amazing job and should be applauded.
