"The property is ok , the staff was ok but no extra service, if you asked for something they did it , but nothing special, most don’t speak much English. So a little hard to communicate, the beds are very hard like sleeping on the floor but I did ask for mattress pads twice . And after 2 mattresses pads the bed was still very hard . All the bed linens have holes in them , the pillows har hard as well we stayed in the new building, the breakfast is ok nothing special the juice is a tang mixture,...

"Great location, beach just across the road. There was no cable stations apart from news. Suggest you bring iPad or computer. Otherwise the staff were fantastic, location & pool is lovely. Close to everything, very relaxing stay."

"They upgraded me to the family suite which was huge 🤗 and i thought wow is this how rich people live, lol. Sao the manager was so helpful and nice, i hated to leave. I would highly recommended staying here if you are in Samui! Great location everything was within walking distance friendly shops staff and of course a seven eleven just a stone throw away for all my needs. You can't go wrong."

"Used to be an amazing nice hotel and In immaculate condition when it was run by Les Meridian. We had stayed there multiple times pre-COVID. Now it’s looking very dated, nothing to do in the hotel (they used to run little events- cooking lessons etc..). Now there’s really nothing to do there. The beach front is dirty and full of litter, plastic and dead fish. This small beach area in front of the hotel used to be cleaned regularly and this is no longer the case. "I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
