"I booked a couple of rooms for my family and my parents who were visiting Niagara Falls with us. I booked this hotel simply because the hotels near the falls were atrociously priced and I didn’t want to stay in USA and spend my money there. I was pleasantly surprised, it was convenient, and it totally made sense for parking and a great free breakfast as well saved a couple of 100 bucks for us total. Excellently kept hotel, totally worth the price I paid."

"We loved everything about this beautiful property and didn’t want to leave! The house has everything you could possibly need, just bring your clothes and maybe some groceries and you are set! Everything is so well thought out from the basement being kid-friendly with games and a foosball table, to Q-tips in bathrooms, and coffee and tea choices in the kitchen (it’s the little things, right?). The beds were so comfortable, and the backyard was so private and cozy. Everything was so clean, and the house is a dream with a cozy beach house feel, an amazing kitchen, and luxurious bathrooms. It really is only a 5 minute walk straight down the road to the beach, and the house has a beach wagon and beach chairs available to take down there with you! You will have to drive to most other things, but there are lots of places to eat and explore within a 10 minute drive, and Niagara Falls is only about a 25 minutes away. Highly recommend!"

"Location was good. Staff were very accommodating. While attending the event I was in town for, I tore my Achilles tendon. As a result, my mobility was severely hindered. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for room service as was the checkout process when they sendt a staff member to my room to load my bags and meet me around front when I drove my vehicle for checkout. Greatly appreciated."

"Awesome house, awesome location. The walk to Sunset Beach was fantastic. We only stayed one night but it was a very well updated home, the deck looked like a great place to relax. Lots of space with the bedrooms, great bathroom for the downstairs rooms. Hope to visit and stay again."

"The outside looks a little rough but don't let that sway you. The rooms are really nice and clean. Good pressure in the shower. Very close to a lot of restaurants and right off the highway. Chucks Roadhouse and a few other restaurants are walkable. There was coffee in the common area but I didnt have a chance to try it. Will definitely book again when we come back this way."

"House was beautiful and unique. We were able to paddle board from the house daily and watch beautiful sunsets. House had everything we needed, even umbrellas for our rainy day. Lots of excellent options for eating and drinking only a short walk away. House was very dog friendly and had lots of room for sleeping and relaxing. Loved our stay."
