2/10 Terrible

"First of all, the rooms are false advertisement. The room I booked looked nothing like the room we got. It was old, smell humid, nothing worked in that room. The tv didn’t work, the shower was leaking, the hair dryer didn’t work. We stayed at room 828. Will never go back. The staff and the receptionist were no help. They did nothing to accommodate that the room smelled and it was so old. This hotel does have a remodel tower called the Sunrise side maybe the rooms are better in that tower. Horrible experience!!!"

"Overall we had a great experience. The valets were especially patient and helpful. The only two critiques are that the room was very stuffy the first night. And their was no maid service throughout our 4 night stay. Usually a housekeeper will visit halfway through to remove used towels."

"Staff was not helpful. I asked for 3 robes for our room that was booked for 4 people because there was only 1 robe. I was told it was only 1 robe per room regardless of how many people were there. Amenities are not up to date. Tv is not a smart one. No apps and channels very limited. Room air wasn’t working had to call maintenance at midnight to fix it. Bath was chipping away paint."
