"They welcomed me as soon as I got out of the taxi, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, there is limited parking from what I saw, but I was using the bus… the hotel does have a bus that will drop you off or pick you up at certain times from the Kawaguchiko Station. Breakfast was amazing!"

"The room was great, and the view of the mountain was worth every penny. We had a poor experience with their free shuttle as we waited 45 minutes at the station prior to pick up, but the shuttle never came. We thought it was delayed which would have been fine, but after 30 minutes we called to check. We were initially blamed to have missed it, but we had photos of being at the the hotel shuttle stop way before the scheduled departure time. After requesting for some sort of compensation (as this wasted our time), we were given an hour late check out. "

"Staff was incredible. Excellent communication and it helps that they have people fluent in English. Room authentic old school Japanese but up to date. Very unique experience and well worth it. "

"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."
