Blinds were broken in the main bathroom so you couldn't use it without being exposed. Check-in process is exhaustive, they can access the iPad camera/mic at any time which is weird. The location is good, able to walk to restaurants and the train station easily. Very clean.

We were lucky enough to be blessed with views of Mt Fuji yesterday. Had we not stayed here and made the day trip we would of missed him in all his glory. Recommend the amazing view in room 103. Heavenly accommodation

Awesome property in Kawaguchiko area.

Was awesome stay, we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji from our balcony. The indoor jacuzzi bath was great as your direct view is of Mount Fuji. We was in house 103 which is the front facing block to Mount Fuji, the houses behind have a roof top terrace that over looks our property to see Mount Fuji. We were a 7 minute walk from the Kawaguchiko station and you pass a 7-Eleven and Lawson on route to the property. I would also recommend hiring an electric bike for 2500 yen per day so you can take it around the lake and you can stop off at all the views along the way.

It has a huge jacuzzi bathtub that has a great view of mount fuji. we could even see mount fuji from the bathtub even on clear nights. Very cozy with lots of beds and crockery for us to heat up or cook simple meals. Big table for my group of 7 people to have meals together. Very quiet neighbourhood within 10 minutes walk from Fujikawaguchiko station. Only downside is the narrow roads to the property from the main roads. This was especially true for me as I rented a large and wide vehicle and had a hard time navigating though the roads as i was scared of causing scratches to the car. parking was not a problem as we were allocated 2 lots each house. we will love to stay here again!

全体的にきれいだったが、「マッサージチェアの一部の機能が使えない」「加湿器が壊れていた」「ダイニングチェアが汚れていた」などがあった。 オペレーターの方の対応はとても丁寧だった。 宿直前の道がかなり狭いので、注意が必要。
