"We was staying just after Christmas over the New Year ’s weekend. We had an amazing experience within this beautiful place and Chamonix overall. Clean, tidy well organised. Staff was always there when you needed, making everyone happy and comfortable. A place where we definitely will come back in the future.

"The service was friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is wonderful with a great selection. The only thing lacking (and this is a small thing) is the spa. The water in the hot tub should be "HOT", around 103 degrees if it is to have the effect of a hot tub rather than at 95 degrees. But as I said, that's a small thing. "
