"The hot tub was supposed to open May 16. We checked in May 16. Hot tub was never opened. Our phone had no dial tone and there was a giant hole in the wall from a previous guest by the back door. Knobs would randomly fall off the dressers, the fridge wasn’t cold at all and there was no air vent in the back part so either that person had to roast at night or the front person had to freeze.
