"Stay here!!! Super clean, safe, affordable, and the staff are excellent! Every morning you see the pools being cleaned, trash being picked up, flowers watered, golf carts being washed, ect. Great place to hang out at the pool, pool w/swim up bar, and hot tub. Dj, games, cabanas, lazy river, complimentary coffee, gift shop. And the tiki bar in the back..Dylan (sp.) the bartender kept us entertained, so much so that he received our yearly award! Andy and Nan, you guys ROCK and we will see you soon! "

"Love this cottage! Very clean and convenient to all our favorite spots on Catawba. So comfy and cozy. Had all the comforts of home. Melissa was great to work with and we booked for next year! Can’t wait to go back! "
"The property was ok. You get what you pay for. Unit was not very clean; refrigerator full of old food, dirty floors, and used underwear in the dresser from previous occupant. The listing did not prominently outline the lack of towels and linens. That was our mistake but wish that was more clearly outlined. We made the best out of it and enjoyed our stay.
