"My stay at the hotel was a great experience. From the view outside of my window looking at the beautiful lake. The food was okay, not the greatest, you’re better off exploring different areas of the Poconos to find food. If you’re feeling for a drive Philly has some great spots to eat from. Valet service is free and the staff are respectful, cheery, and timely. Also, you do have to ask for daily room cleaning services fyi. Other than that my experience was a positive one."

"Recent renovations are great. Hotel is modern, open, bright. Rooms are very clean, nicely appointed and I like the hardware floors rather than carpet. Really appreciate the walk-in shower instead of a tub. Well done. Really nice to have an on-site restaurant and bar. Had a very enjoyable meal. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And of course the cookies are amazing!!"

"The room was clean but the bathroom was for handicap people.with equipment in the shower stall. We did not have a bath tub. "

"We arrived after a long drive and there was no hot water. They rented the hotel to a group that had a party till 2:30 in the morning and then partied in the rooms after that. (The website for the group said it was a hotel takeover). We called down twice to have the music turned down. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. "

"My first time at the swift water and I was really impressed just approximately two hours away from New York City and it feels like you’re almost in another country very luxury very clean heated pools. Great customer service no hidden fees restaurant inside of the hotel is absolutely amazing including the food breakfast and dinner and the cocktails not watered down. I would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or small staycation for you and friends wonderful experience. I can’t stop bragging about it if you want to feel luxury in the Poconos this is the place to stay!"

"We stayed in the Diana Oasis Suite and it was amazing. The room was extremely clean, the temperature in the pool area was warm and so was the water. The staff was very friendly and although there were several guests staying there also it was really peaceful. Will definitely be staying there again. "
