Amazing Swimming pool single house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and game room , totally 6 beds can be host 6-8 families. This beautiful house with private swimming pool , 24 hours heating hot SPA , steamed Sauna , BBQ grill , umbrella table , game room, the nicely backyard all newly upgraded, especially all bedrooms with beautiful pool views and can go walking to the pool .
Our professional cleaner cleaning all bed details, wash all bedding and comforters after last guests checked out . The well-equipment kitchen with dining table , bar table can host 6-12 families and friends , Also the couches can be a queen bed .

Fenced yard makes your lovely pets safer . Our garage room with a Pinpang table , corn hole, more games makes family trip more fun . After sunset you could enjoying BBQ grill with families. There are bunches restaurants , groceries which is only 5-8 minutes drive away , lot of natural huge trees and mountains views surrounding the house . Quiet and nice neighborhood might be give you a sweet dream !

Amazing Host, Home, and Stay!
This VRBO Stay has been one of the best I've ever had! Chuchu has been a delight to work with and has put so much thought and detail into her home. The outdoor pool, spa, and sauna were such a great way to unwind. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the home was just perfect for our group. The entertainment room had so much to offer and the neighborhood was quiet. This home was beautiful inside and out! I highly recommended this stay!!

The property was very clean and the home amenities allows me to feel like I’m enjoying time on a retreat. This home will be go to property every time I visit California. ChuChu you’re the best!!!!!

Nice place, but with too many issues
Internet was bad first three days. ChuChu changed the router and internet provider twice in attempts to fix. Wanted to watch some of the Olympics while there, but reception was so bad, couldn’t watch much. Finally got good internet/ tv reception last afternoon there. Our daughter tried to log on and do some work first two days. Service was so poor, she gave up and used her phone as a hot spot. Several maintenance issues. Door to garage very loose - about to fall off hinges. I told ChuChu first day. Patio door handle/lock installed backwards with loose screws exposed on exterior. Told Chuchu first day but neither issue was addressed while we were there. Noisy window AC unit in master BR. Landscape guys were there on our first afternoon, which was not the day we were told. Came unannounced into the back yard at about 5pm. On separate occasion, ChuChu came into backyard unannounced to show us how to work the sauna controls. What’s wrong with a simple knock on the front door? Both situations were strange and unsettlingly. Lots of nice features in back yard. Reasonable price. Language barrier was an issue on occasion. Overall, too many stressors for us to return. Kitchen had lots of appliances and handy utensils. ChuChu seemed to be trying her best, but she seemed to be overwhelmed with multiple properties to manage.

The Ideal Place

Very Intrusive and Rude Owner
We we exicted to stay at this property and the owner did a good job communicating everything before the stay. The how is well decorated and taken care of. On the second day the wifi stopped working and the owner repeatily called and texted me while I was at Disney Land saying I needed to call her back immediately and asking me why I broke her wifi. The next night my sister flew in late and so we had to leave to pick her up late at night and come back very late. We only opened and closed the front door and went straight to bed, but the next morning I was woken up to a text accusing me of breaking their quiet hour rules, having too many people in the house (which we did not), and again breaking their wifi (which we did not touch). In the text she also told me she was going to kick me out. I tried many times to explain to her that opening the front door isn't breaking the rules and we did not tamper with her wifi so that she couldn't see us on the 3 cameras she has by her front door. We actually asked her multiple times to have someone come and fix the wifi because it kept going in and out. The accusations, invasion of privacy, and threats to kick us out when we had done nothing wrong and took great care of their house made it a very stressful stay. The listing also says heated pool and the pool was ice cool and was in no way usable. We visit Laguna quiet a bit and were very excited to find a house we could rent when we come, but we will NEVER rent this house again.

Beautiful place ... will definitely stay again
We were coming to the area for Dave Matthews Band concerts. Me and 5 of my friends stayed and it was perfect! The place is beautiful, the pool was great and had plenty of room to hang out, eat, sleep while we were there. Even had plenty of room for more friends to come over. Everything and more that a large group of friends and family could want for their SoCal adventures. Lots of extra touches. Thanks, Chuchu!

One of a kind host
The homeowner cares a lot about this property and the experience you have here, and it shows. I was blown away at the attention to detail. The only critique i would have is the camera pointing in the backyard is a little weird, but after seeing what previous guests have done i don’t blame the homeowner at all. 10/10 You’d be lucky to stay here.

We had a great stay. Lots of things to do at the house to keep family entertained. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating to our last minute changes. Slight mess up with checkin but Chuchu solved the problem.

We had a great time, the home was clean and met all of our needs! We had many ping pong matches and enjoyed the large kitchen. The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy drive to Laguna beach and Disney as well. The only downside was the hot tub only would heat to a certain temperature (I believe it was locked in so we couldn't change it) which made us all feel like we were taking a bath together and the sauna never reached a temperature to be effective. Not deal breakers but I was looking forward to them both! Overall, great home and a great stay!

Can't wait to return!
Just a really fantastic place. Was located about a mile from my dad, so we got to spend lots of time with family. Easy to take a quick walk in the neighborhood and it was close to everything. The house was set up so well and so comfortable! Loved the privacy of the yard too. Just a great trip and stay all the way around. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful relaxing space
We found everything simple to use except the streaming monitor. Easier to use in the living room than the master bedroom. That was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. Will definitely come back.

Father’s Day Stay
We loved this home! So many beautiful features and upgrades. They really went all out-stocked mini bar with drinks for purchase, charging station if you forgot your own, hot hot tub, heated pool, new sauna, awesome ping pong table and games in the garage and plenty of outdoor lighting and seating. We let ChuChu know we had concerns about the slippery pool vinyl after my husband and daughter fellon the steps getting in. Chuchu was accommodating and open to our suggestions to put a sign up warning people and they said they plan on adding another hand rail. The kitchen had most things we needed except there are no plates and steak knifes. The keurig is probably on its last few uses and might need to be replaced soon. These are just suggestions to help the next vacationers enjoy their stay and stay safe. Overall this was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in and we would love to rent again next time.

Disappointing
The property was as pictured, but we were disappointed mostly because the hot tub was not working, the home had a musty odor, and it just overall was not as nice as what we are accustomed to when we rent a house at this price. I was also disappointed that the property managers/owners seemed to have differing stories about the hot tub not working. They also showed up unannounced the evening we arrived, which was unsettling. We did not feel comfortable there for all these reasons and booked another home for the remainder of our vacation. We only stayed one night, but we paid for seven. The property owners were not willing to refund any portion of our stay. I wish I had seen the reviews of this home on the other booking website before I booked.

Amazing House
