I couldn’t have my bath before checking out because water was not flowing. There was no towel or tissue paper in the bathroom and the bathroom need some repairs.

The staff were very polite and respectful. Overall I enjoyed my stay. My only concern is the hotel is very far from the international airport and the room although noce is quite small for my wheelchair

Really well run property, safe, clean and spacious, nice modern feel but comfortable. Resteraunt food offering was varied and very tasty. But the real selling point is the staff especially the General manger MojiSola, she is a great asset to the hotel she was efficient,professiinal and attentative. I would definately recommend and stay again.

Don’t I tell you
Presidential suite was a joke no water majority of the time. Room looks outdated, bathroom too. Their shower hardly works so you bathe by someone bringing a bucket Restaurant breakfast is ok not much to select.

The hospitality of all the staff was absolutely fantastic. I would have liked to have fresh towels and cloths daily, however the daily changed sheets were nice and having a cleaned room each day made my stay even more relaxing.

The customer service and hospitality was phenomenal. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were cleaned daily including sheets were changed daily during our stay. The food was delicious as well.

The staff were quick to respond to any concerns. They rectified any issues I had with my room. I would give them A for effort. The hotel manager was especially pleasing, attentive and wanted to make sure I had everything I need to make my stay excellent! I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
