Also it is very close to the Kapaa and coconut market area which makes it very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. It has very big potential. Good place for those who want to save some money and doesn't require much of amenities. If you come to Kauai for nature and tours - this is the place to stay at."

Shopping and coffee/restaurant in the Villa area itself. Very safe to walk around and relax by the beach. Free covered parking. Villa has everything we wanted and reasonal price too. It felt homely, would love to go back. "

"Our oceanfront room was incredible. We faced east so seeing the sunrise each morning was a beautiful start to our daily adventures. The room was clean and our particular room had modern fixtures. The pool area and poolside bar were fun to have. We also grilled on site one night. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there was a nice walking path outside the resort along the coast. The only downside was that the parking lot was small. Otherwise we would recommend and would love to stay again!"

"If you are visiting Kauai for a week or two, I cannot imagine a better property to stay at. We have stayed at this condo for the last several years and have been very happy with it. It is located in the Wailua/Kapaa area, has two bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, A/C in all three rooms, and is attractively decorated. Our host (Ken) has been very responsive when issues arise. I would strongly recommend!"
