"The house was nice and decent. The yard not so much! It looked like it hadn't been mowed in quite some time. I took pictures so if there is an option to leave some I will. Found a food container on top of the fridge that had a couple of chunks of something in it. It was was quite disgusting. We stayed 4 nights and after the second day the internet went out. It was a back and forth between the Host and I to try to get it resolved and it never got fixed. Don't get me wrong I'm a very intelligent person when it comes to electronics and internet connections. I ended up having to use my Hot-Spot from my phone so we could use the TV. Then I asked the host if we could get the password to the Prime Video so we could watch it. Because the Basketball Playoffs were only on that. Well I was told it would be an extra fee!! The host said we could put our information in and watch but without that code we couldn't. I did miss read the check out time at 10. Thought it was 11. The host did say it was fine that we checked out at 11. But the host didn't get back to me till 10:03. We were out at 10:10. So we rushed around for nothing."

"Two items noted: knob on dresser drawer in room with two beds missing. The squirter on the liquid soap dispenser in front bathroom broke off. Otherwise all was excellent!"

"We were here for our grandsons graduation from Bootcamp @ Lackland. House was perfect for our family. Very close to the base. Easy access to freeways and all other attractions in San Antonio. 15 minutes from the Riverwalk. House was very clean. And the host was absolutely amazing. She responded immediately to any questions I had. We would definitely book again "

"This is the perfect house to rent when coming out to BMT Graduation at the Base. Maybe if you need a place when here for training. The house is perfect quiet, clean neighborhood. The Host was available at any point if I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here just minutes away from the Base gave our Trainee now Airman a beautiful home to come and relax with us! "

"The home was very spacious and clean. The host communicated very well even before we were at the house. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bed which was nice. The kids room did not have a closet, so it was a bit of an inconvenience, as well as the master bathroom not having a double sink but we made everything work. Still at 5/5!!! My family and I would love to stay here again!"

"It was perfect for our needs. Loved the distance to the base. Our main reason for being here. Really loved the gazebo. We spent most of our time at the house there. Great communication. Very clean. Perfect distance to anything we wanted to do"

"Host was very communicative. However, we experienced a few issues, including only one towel per person for a 3 day stay. There were only 6 washcloths and 6 forks for 11 people, one dishcloth for three days for dishes there were no dish towels, except paper towels were provided and only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, the rest were only 4 gallon bags. We planned for a propane grill, per the listing description and pictures, and ended up with a barbecue grill, which wasn’t a big deal accepted it affected the time it takes to cook the food for our larger group. Also, the pool was closed, which we didn’t see until later after asking about it that it was only open May through September; I took a bit to find that in the details of the listing (would be it that was included in the description of amenities). For the cost per night, I would’ve expected more supplies, especially since we clarified with the host ahead of time that everything would be sufficient for the size of our group."
