"Pros: close to base, smelled new, a nice backyard with a fire pitt, spacious enough for 6 adults. The management team was very responsive.Cons: The house was not the cleanest. The baseboards had a build up of dirt, some of the utensils were left in the drawers with dried food. Someone dropped something that rolled under the couch and he almost didn't want to get it because it was covered in dust and dirt. A Cherrio was found in the bunked room. No top sheet on the top bunk. Tried to make brownies, but don't think the oven was working because it never heated up to the correct temperature. One of our towels had a white residue, so we had to do laundry. There were no extra towels left, but when contacted, they brought over more towels. We didn't think there were pot holders, but we found them on the last day under the sink. Although the backyard was nice, the view is of a landfill and trucks going in and out all day. Overall, it served our purpose. It was nice to have everyone together. "

"We had a wonderful experience while staying at this house. The house was very clean and both, back and front yard are very nice. Even though we didn’t have time to spend much time in the property due to our son’s BMT graduation activities, the house had everything you need to make it your home away from home. I really recommend it if you are looking for something nice and close to lackland, the house is about 7 min from Valley Hi gate which is about a half of mile to the graduation grounds, and the easiest way to get to the graduation parking lots. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before arrival. I would definitely stay it’s this property again. "

"I really enjoyed this property. I am a clean freak and this property was super clean! Nothing was out of place. Furniture was up to date and it was beautifully decorated. The living room furniture was so comfortable I fell asleep on it 2 nights in a row! Lol. The neighborhood was friendly and there was a dollar tree and gas station with a market so close that we walked to it and it took us less than 5 min! Quick store runs were easy. I was there for my son’s graduation from the AirForce. And the host even congratulated my son on his graduation I will definitely stay again. "

When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. Bathrooms were not cleaned with mildew found on the shower curtain and the toilet water level was low. "
