Fantastic location, 10 mins walk with boards from South Beach. Villa is open plan with a light, airy beach aesthetic. Pool is great, shaded a bit by the trees. Outdoor area with covered dining space makes it easy to cook, socialise and eat as a group. Large garage to store boards, outdoor shower and racks for bikes. For a group of ten this would be a squeeze, not enough chairs and living space would be cramped but for up to eight it works well. Agents were really responsive and good communication.

Tout y est pour passer d'agréables vacances. Nous étions en famille (9 adultes). La maison est suffisamment grande, la piscine est agréable et la proximité avec l'océan est encore bonne (sans devoir prendre sa voiture). La propreté laissait quelque peu à désirer, l'équipement de cuisine était trop limité et la TV ne fonctionnait pas. Pour le reste, tout était correct.

Wir haben hier mit 9 Personen (5 Erwachsenen und 4 Jugendlichen) einen sehr, sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und hat einen ganz tollen überdachten Freisitz direkt neben dem Pool. Zum Strand sind es 8 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben im Haus aber nur 8 Leute Platz am Essenstisch.

Nous avons apprécié la maison, cependant on a une maison avec un ménage de surface ! Alors qu’on nous a imposé quelque chose de strict à la sortie ! Les clés sont données plus d’une heure après l’heure prévue ! Et la piscine n’était pas allumée et donc pas chauffée ! Cependant la maison dispose de toutes les commodités et est bien située
