Recently renovated, very sunny and warm two bedroom townhouse situated in St Kilda Dunedin.
Only ten minute walk to cafes/restaurants and Salt Water Pool in St Clair. Ideally situated between both St Kilda and St Clair beach, 15 minute walk to both.
At the end of the street is the ice-skating rink to entertain the kids.
Drive in easy access, flat section and garage available.

Beautiful sunny bach well placed for the beach

This bach was a glorious little surprise on a quiet residential street, close to St Kilda and St Clair beaches. The bach was sunny, warm, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The owners were quick to respond to messages, and check in/out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Warm and plenty of space

Very happy with the accommodation. Only disappointment was walking all the way down to the esplanade at St. Clair (it said only 10mins walk - was more like 15-20 mins) only to find everything closed. Good that we had ingredients to make our own dinner. Great kitchen -well equipped and spacious.

Handy house

Close to beaches, Otago peninsula and city. Some maintenance needed (bedroom window was broken and we couldn't get fresh air into the room on a hot day). Bedding was also due for a wash, but otherwise ok.

Definitely stay here!

So glad we picked this place, it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Coffee and biscuits on arrival was ideal, as well as the extension cord - phew! Location was perfect for us as we were down for an ice-skating competition and was a 3minute walk to the rink. If we were to be picky, electric blankets would have been great but we were warm enough with the heater on and there were plenty of blankets available. The shower had great pressure, warmth and all other amenities worked well. Would definitley stay here again - Thankyou!

The flat was clean, with comfortable beds, well equiped and good heating to keep it warm. Off street parking on a quiet street, and an easy walk to St Kildas beach. Host communicated well and provided milk and biscuits, which was a nice touch after a long drive. Thank you

Terina was lovely to deal with, excellent communication and very quick to reply. The property was positioned nicely to capture the morning sun. Really nice bench seat to enjoy a meal at the table. The property had everything you need and more. Will definitely be back again.

Graduation weekend

Couldn't fault our stay. Needed somewhere that my elderly parents could manage without stairs and this was perfect. Very cosy and clean. Terina has truly thought of everything you may need for your stay. Thanks for making everything stressfree.

Lovely cosy cottage

Loved our time at the cottage. Cosy and homely. Our home away from home while were checking out Otago Uni for my daughter. Very comfortable and handy to town and the Uni. Would recommend.
