At the entrance a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the lower side, the living room overlooking a shaded terrace. The beds are spread over 2 other levels, a room with double bed 160cm, the second is equipped with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds, and at the last level the third bedroom with a double bed in mezzanine with dimensions of 140cm.
A bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.
The plot of about 60m2 is partially fenced, and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A shed is left available for tenants.
You benefit from parking spaces close to the accommodation.
You reach the beaches and shops at 1.5 km, golf at 2 km and the lake at 5 km (REF 03211)
