"We had a multi-level suite and it was honestly not bad at all. Everything worked as they intended it to work. One thing I gotta say is that, what looked like the fan/air-vent in the top floor's bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a while. I ran my finger on it and all the dust came off it. Don't hope to connect your phone to the TV or even connect the TV to the network. You can't. Restaurant was really good, too!"

"I like the fact that its very central. Just Steps to the mall, parliament and canal. Easy to go anywhere, shops, food, Starbucks, Tims and transit. I would stay again. Thanks"

"We had a great stay for two nights to attend a football game in the city and celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient to the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal walkway and lots of retail and restaurants. Yes, there is noise from the bars in the market at night; that’s true of any property that is this close to those amenities. Our room was immaculate, the linens were great and the staff were really friendly. The only thing I would change is the provided toiletries. They are very, very strongly scented with a heavy, masculine fragrance. We will happily return next trip."

"Restaurant and staff were excellent, food was great. Check in was easy and swift. Draw backs- I reserved a suite and they informed me that the pull out couch was broke and uncomfortable. They did let me know this up front and they said they would sent up extra sheets and blankets to lay down to act as a mattress. When I pulled out the couch there were on only two springs attached to the frame, causing the frame to sag. I had to place a coffee table underneath the frame to support the couch(unacceptable). They made no efforts to fix it or provide an alternate room. Our door was not framed/lined very well and it stuck and would close properly. I had to either lift it up or slam it to close it Our A/C leaked water and ran over the floor. We has to use a towel to daily clean it up. The bathroom light would not turn on unless the light switch from the main sleeping area was switched on. Not a good experience with my room. I would rate it 4 out of 10. For the amount of money I paid for the 3 night stay, it was not worth the $. I would not recommend this hotel for a lengthy stay."
