Apartment on the roof of a Tipycal Ligurian building situated in the historic center of La Spezia. The apartment is luminous and calm; formed by a sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with access to the terrace with a dining table; all the apartment has a very nice view on roofs and hills of La Spezia. Restaurants and bars are close to the apartement. 500 metres walk to reach the new Marina "Porto Mirabello" with restaurants and swimming pool. Ideal to reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici by ferries (500 meters), bus ( 20 meters), Cinque Terre train (500 meters). 45 minutes to reach Pisa by train and two hours to reach Firenze; 20 minutes to reach the medieval small town Sarzana. "

Nice apartment with great city views

Very nice, well equipped apartment. Ideally located for touring the Cinque Terre and Portovenere.Balcony offers extrordinary views of the city. we would stay here again.

The apartment located in centre of La Spezia, clean and cosy with the beautiful view. Very close to the train station if you are planning to see the Cinque Terre. The couple renting the apartment was very friendly and helpful :-). We had amazing time ...( we got engaged ;-) )

Central Location

This is our second time staying here. It is a comfortable place to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. Being close to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terra, Genoa and more is wonderful and all of those make excellent day trips. It is one block from the city market, which is one of the best markets ever for fish, fresh fruit and vegetables etc. I highly recommend staying here!

L'appartement est au cœur de la ville, à côté du marché et à égale distance du train ou du bateau pour se rendre dans Cinque Terre. La vue de la terrasse et de la chambre est fantastique!!!

Agréable séjour à la spezia

Location confortable et spacieuse qui est très bien située pour visiter les cinque terre en train. La ville est plaisante à visiter . Nous avons été très bien accueilli .

Joli petit appartement, bien situé, à 10 mn de la gare et du port d'embarquement pour voir les villages en bateau. Appartement calme, sur une cour intérieure, au dernier étage avec ascenceur. Chambre confortable. Canapé bien pour le repos, mais pas pour dormir. Superette "Carrefour" à 100 mètres, bien achalandée.

Appartement idéal pour un excellent séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la spezzia, en plein centre ville et à mi chemin entre le port et la gare qui sont les deux meilleurs moyens de transport pour aller visiter les cinq terres. En effet, il est préférable d'oublier la voiture pour ces excursions. L'appartement est dans un bel immeuble au cinquième et dernier étage avec ascenseur jusqu'au 4ème. Il est très propre, bien entretenu et très bien équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine que des couchages. Il y a une chambre avec un lit double, des placards et une commode. Dans la pièce principale il y a un convertible 1 place. La salle d'eau est séparée avec toilettes, baignoire et lavabo. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incomparable et est très attentionné car il a pris le soin de nous appeler pour s'assurer que tout se passait bien et vérifier que nous n'avions besoin de rien. Il nous a donné d'excellents conseils quant aux visites à faire dans le coin. Il nous a fourni les serviettes, les draps, les torchons pour la cuisine. Concernant les commerces à proximité, il y a un Carrefour Market à 200 mètres, et un marché (fruits, légumes frais, poisson, viande frais) tous les matins à 400 m. Pour le parking, il y a des places gratuites mais rares à 800 m, cependant les places payantes (avec les bandes bleues) peuvent être prises à la journée et ne coûtent que 75 centimes d'euro de l'heure dans les rues avoisinantes. Attention, toutes les rues ne sont pas au même prix, mêmes lorsqu'elles ont les bandes bleues. Ne pas se stationner sur les places aux bandes jaunes qui sont réservées aux résidents (mise en fourrière rapide). Concernant les excursions, il est possible d'acheter pour 16 euros par personne un billet de train valide 1 jour pour aller visiter les "5 terres" : Toutes les stations entre la Spezzia et Levanto. Ce billet permet de prendre n'importe quel train et de descendre à chaque station. Il inclut en outre le péage des sentiers de randonnée pédestre, qui lorsqu'ils sont pris séparément coûtent 7,5 euros. L'autre moyen est d'utiliser le bateau, mais le coût est beaucoup plus élevé et ne comprend pas les sentiers de randonnée. Autre excursion intéressante à faire : Au départ de Levanto, louer un vélo et prendre la piste cyclable qui longe la mer vers le nord et qui empreinte d'anciens tunnels ferroviaires permettant de remonter de 14 km. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui nous a très gentiment reçu et mis à disposition son appartement que je recommande vivement

Très bonne situation

Appartement très bien situé. La gare est à 5mn à pied, et les bateaux pour les 5 terres à 10mn. Au centre de La Spezia, avec des restaurants et bars à côté. Il est correctement équipé mais pourrait l'être un peu mieux. Pas d'Internet, pas de TV, et la déco laisse un peu à désirer, mais dans l'ensemble satisfaisant.

Appartement confortable, propre et avec tout le nécessaire disponible, idéalement situé en centre-ville, à proximité des commerces, du marché, bus et à 5 mn de la gare ferroviaire. excellent séjour à la spezia

Nous avons passé 1 semaine agréable dans le petit appartement d'Alessandro et Chiara L'appartement est idéalement situé au coeur de la spézia à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de train et du port maritime donnant acces facilement au cinque terre. Il y a en plus en bas de l'immeuble une gélateria à tomber par terre et un grand marché de fruits et légumes avec les bons produits de scicile que l'on ne trouve pas en France. Sinon il y a des magazins et des supermarcados un peu partout. La spezia est une jolie ville vivante qui vaut le détour (beaux batiments), depuis le port la vue sur le garfagnana est superbe. L'appartement, au dernier étage (mais avec ascenceur) est très sympa avec son petit air de maison troglodyte. C'est calme car la chambre , agreable, donne sur la cour. La terrasse est assez petite. La TV nous a permis de découvrir la rai yoyo avec des petits films d'animations tel que peepa pig et Misha et l'ours qu'on a adoré regarder après le diner. Bref un super séjour. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et reviendrons surement. PS nous avons pu garer la voiture gratuitement pour la semaine pas trop loin mais l'idéal est de venir en avion + train via genes, milan, pise ou florence.

"Propriétaires très gentils, appartement très propre, aucun bruit et une terrasse très sympa sur les toits, idéal pour un diner romantique :) Owners very nice, very clean apartment, no noise and a very nice terrace on the roof, ideal for a romantic dinner :) Proprietari molto bello, appartamento molto pulito, nessun rumore e una bella terrazza sul tetto, ideale per una cena romantica (google translate)"
