Stylish 3 bedroom house sleeps 8 Great location right across from the Club pool!

Experience luxury living in this brand new home, stylishly decorated. The location is the best! Signature Club entrance right outside the front door.Signature Club offers a huge hotel size pool and spa, along with a gym and a party area complete with two BBQ's, bar area, Bocci ball and shuffle board. The home has 7 beds , can easily sleep 8 in beds. The kitchen is fully equipped ( I like to cook so trust me it is FULLY equipped!). There are 2 living spaces, main floor and upstairs, both with flat screen TV's - perfect for groups who want to watch different channels. Ideally located in La Quinta at PGA West, world class golf courses , and close to Music festivals, Horse show in Thermal, and the BNP Tennis tournament. Old town La quinta has great shopping and really good restaurants. Earnies sports bar, inside the Stadium Clubhouse, is walking distance from the house. I do not use a management company - I personally over see every attention to detail for my guests to enjoy!

Awesome for family or group golf getaway

The house was awesome! We golfed at PGA West golf courses so having this house located less than 5 minutes away was perfect. The home is modern and has high ceilings. Master bedroom is massive and has its own bathroom and shower as well big walk in closet. The common areas upstairs and downstairs are curated well for families or groups.

Fantastic Stay

We were a group of 5 friends and stayed at Susan's home to attend the tennis tournament at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The home was absolutely spotless, had everything you could possibly need (well equipped kitchen, laundry, iron, etc.) and was super comfortable with plenty of space. We could have easily fit a couple more people. The pool and hot tub right outside our front door was a welcome treat after longs days at the event. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe with gated access. Susan's communication was pro-active, prompt and made everything re. check-in and check-out super smooth. I cannot recommend this home highly enough and would love to stay again in the future.
