We loved staying at the property! Everything was as described. Host was very easy to talk too. Unit was very clean and everything was easy to use. We greatly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Our rental was exactly the way it was detailed in the listing. Our home was nicely appointed and made our stay very comfortable. The bonus was the various pools that made lap swimming and relaxing very easy. Close access to old La Quinta is another nice benefit. We will be back.

Mark was very responsive throughout the whole process. The pool was great for my young children and the property was very clean. We stayed for the BNP tournament at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Super convenient to catch an Uber to the tennis center and the gated community make you feel safe. 5 stars.

This was a super comfortable and beautiful property in La Quinta! We loved the size of the bedrooms, the comfortable furnishings, the access to all amenities on the property and the well equipped kitchen and cleanliness through out the property. Mark’s desert oasis exceeded my every expectation! Extremely clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and so quiet! Even better on a very hot wedding weekend-just steps away from the main pool, fitness center and clubhouse. If I could give Mark and his luxurious condo 10 stars, I would!
