"Staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped, very clean and everything was in good working order. Excellent breakfast, perfect location. Our only difficulty was with parking. There is no parking nearby."

Hotel has a nice garden and pool (enough loungers and parasols provided) and is a very good base for exploring the island (renting a car recommended). My favourite hotel in Tenerife."

"Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded"
