"Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me."

"Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. "Great communication leading up to our holiday with host. Richard is very accommodating. Location is fine for an older family group. Just not lively enough for the 16-25 age group. Beach a short bus trip away. Air conditioning in all rooms which was essential. We had a very pleasant fortnight."

"What a lovely house! We was welcomed by Chantel, very friendly, contact details were left, there was no need to contact, the house was very clean, had everything you could possibly need. Communication was very good before travel. In a quiet area but easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Beautiful pool area at the end of the street. Fabulous outside space. "It has been unseasonably cold in Alicante during our stay so we had to put heaters on to get warm. Unfortunately the house’s electricity isn’t capable of having two heaters on at the same time. This trips the fuse and you have to put it on again. Coupled with this, when we arrived the blankets stank of mould, bed was really uncomfortable, the shower was broken etc. I contacted the agent and they provided new blankets and a new shower which was great. We weren’t able to fix the electricity...
