"​Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming due to several facility issues. The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom pipes, I cannot recommend staying here until these maintenance and communication issues are addressed."

Parking nearby was very easy to access, adding to the overall convenience. The staff was absolutely brilliant - friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Although I didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, the location offered easy access to the beach, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful Jersey coastline effortlessly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this 4*Star hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing seaside getaway with excellent service and great amenities."
