"On arrival found that the actual accommodation was a kilometer outside the village and that the nearest shops were 30 minutes drive away. Said the accommodation was unsuitable and the staff said they could offer us a place at Valle Gran Rey instead but this was not where we wanted to be. Left without staying in the accommodation and understood that we would not be charged but the full amount was charged to my credit card the next day. Phoned Expedia who said they would arrange a refund but when...

"Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and also includes breakfast (delicious donuts in particular according to the kids). Very convenient location, not up many hills or steps. Rooms each had a smart tv,air con and a little fridge. One of the staff members in reception who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was very friendly and helpful and gave us great information on getting around the island. "
