She gave us the wrong keys and would not help us when we could not open the door. Her housekeeper came and confirmed that the keys were wrong. She insisted that we HAD NOT paid, even while we showed her the receipt from Expedia. She wanted us to pay her in cash. If you are a dark skinned person... "We had the top corner room and liked how spacious the room and bathroom felt. Great location with some street noise but it did not bother us. Wonderful terrace above and a great coffee shop in the building. "

"Did not receive free beverage as guaranteed. Breakfast was always late and although there out water on every table, it was an extra charge. Bathroom as very run down and tub wedge was cracked. Despite these flaws staff were very kind and provided excellent service. "

"Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I got the best egg and cheese sandwich I ever ate right next door at Ema y Clara. There is a bar on the terraza called Cuatro Piso which has pretty cheap beers, great music, and friendly wait staff. I am not sure if it is open every night, but I checked in on a Friday night after a long day of flights and connections and as tired as I was there was still no way I could sleep so I joined the party 🙃."
