The concierge Carla is truly exceptional. She helped us with suggestions for spending our time, made dinner reservations and made herself available even on her days off. She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. In addition, the property is centrally located, beautiful, roomy and super comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This hotel was gorgeous, spotless, spacious, comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely stay again. The location across from the park was perfect, with tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. All staff were helpful and so friendly. The bed was really comfortable, and air conditioning was great! It was so nice to have a living room - separate space - to hang out in. The kitchenette and in-room laundry also made things so easy. The breakfast provided was also good - fresh fruit juices, coffee, pastries, yogurt, sliced cheeses and meat, fresh bread, and a featured item each day. Perfect little start to the day. The gorgeous art deco interior is a fabulous bonus - the chandelier, floor tiles, windows... beautiful! Don't forget to check out the water closet near the bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mali in February. Our Master suite was roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the kitchenette, washer / dryer as well as the plush towels and robes. Loved the location with so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the lovely Parque across the street. We also felt very safe with the doorman 24/7.
