"The Royalton was nice. The staff was friendly. It didn’t have as many amenities such as a variety of live performances and activities as other Royalton facilities I have stayed at. I had diamond club but didn’t feel any diamond club love!! At all! Our butlers just texted good morning, never really asked what we had planned for the day or how they could assist us! They never let us know anything exclusive to diamond club members and it felt like a waste of money. Diamond clubs at other Royaltons make you feel special and pampered and I didn’t feel that here! Overall it was nice but nothing special!"

"Amenities were nice but needed cleaning. Service was slow and didn’t match the price to stay. Drinks weren’t up to par and lacked flavor and were generally way too strong. Used room service quite a bit and what was offered on the app didn’t match what was offered on the TV in the room. Room service was also sporadic with the consistency. Food was good one day but not great the next. The sit down restaurants were pretty good but again for the price of the stay, didn’t wow us. Zen and Armadillo were the best options we had. Events were underwhelming as well. The beach was nice but a lot of ripped and torn seat cushions and not even enough to cover all of the chairs."

"The staff was excellent, beautiful grounds and the Luxes rooms have best view of the piton on the island. You have million dollar views. Food is good, a little overpriced in my opinion, but good food. Pool was pretty cold, wasn’t much relaxing to swim in. The bugs in the room was the hardest part. There is mosquito netting, but that can only do so much. We still got A LOT of mosquito bites throughout the stay (even with taking all precautions…bug spray, netting, clearing the area with bug swatter, etc.). We felt there is a lot of simple things that could be done to help with the bugs. Like screen doors for the patio or a simple additional netting for the patio door to be put out at night. Also felt the netting for the bed could be lower to the ground so that they cannot sneak in from below. It was a great one time experience for us, and would still recommend going when visiting st Lucia. But I could not imagine us going back for another stay due to the bugs at night. Would recommend long sleeves and pants for not only going out at night but also to sleep in."
