"We booked this hostel as part of our honeymoon and were very disappointed. The rooms were small and noise could be heard all over hostel. The bathroom was tiny. There were disturbing signs relating to child protection and the area was very dangerous. We had two attempts of robbery outside hostel."

"I requested an airport transfer service from the hotel & they notified me that the driver would contact me via WhatsApp. I arrived at the airport in Bogota but nobody had contacted me, so I sent a WA message to the hotel & they said they would get in touch with the driver. I waited for over 30 minutes & was frustrated because nobody showed up so I ended up taking a ride share service. Finally I got a message from the hotel driver but I was already on the way to the hotel. My advice is to...

"This is a very colonial era hotel, beautiful decor and ambience. The location is not bad, night time is a bit scary to go out. The room we had was nice, it was on the first floor. We really enjoyed the garden terrace and the rooftop terrace with a nice view. Breakfast was included and made fresh for you. It would have been nice if all the staff were bilingual in speaking English. Despite the language barrier all the staff were very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. We want to give a shout...

"If you can get a room on a higher floor it is nice and quiet. I stayed on the second floor where I could hear reception as well as the street noise and then also on the fourth floor facing the garden where it was extremely quiet. Staff was kind. Breakfast was basic but good."
