"Fantastic location and modern apartment in classic old Centro building. Steps to the palace and fine restaurants at your door. No need for a vehicle and easy to navigate."
"The hotel is beautiful and covered in art. The staff are the best and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t usually give out 10/10 ratings but this was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed "
"Close to metro and everything.. vary savie…. Great appliances and furniture. Difficult to check in…. No instructions to check out….no instructions about the cleaning and maintenance. No instructions about appliances usage. Insufficient supplies for the time stayed. "

"My stay at Hotel Regina was excellent and it made my birthday special. On check-in, our room was upgraded and a personal message from the hotel's General manager was delivered with some sweet treats.
The hotel is ideally located with high end shopping and restaurants literally across the street. Very easy access to local transportation including the metro, buses, etc. If you plan on staying in Madrid, this should be your first choice. Highly recommend. "
"Room was very clean with all basic items you would expect. Nice to have excellent cleaning service every day unlike some US chains. Staff were friendly and even tried to help us get tickets to a soccer game. Location is right in middle of everything (transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc). Easy walk to palace and other museums. Would strongly recommend. "
"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms are big for European standards. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, pleasant and courteous staff who gave excellent service through and through. Would stay here when in Madrid again. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way! Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Madrid. "
