"The apartment was nice: huge compared to a hotel room with comparable price. The WeHost platform is the reason for 2 stars. You have to scan the ID, front and back, of every member of the party and upload them. Seems excessively burdensome, but doable. The problem is when we tried to pay for optional parking (as advertised). The email from WeHost said to talk to the “Front Desk”, who said they have nothing to do with WeHost.
