"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"Good location close to train station & bus & tram stops Good breakfast tho a bit more space would be good. It did get crowded Minimal sound proofing. Trams outside were too loud & I was on the 15th floor. Bring ear plugs. Mattress too hard"

The hotel itself was comfortable, and the hot springs facilities were a great way to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again."
