"新しくできたホテルなので、とにかく中がめちゃくちゃ綺麗だし、ロビーがとても良い香りがしていました ウェルカムドリンクが到着して、すぐにサービスでありホテルに着いた満足感がありました ホテル周辺は飲食店が多く、飲食なども困らず楽しい気持ちで食事させていただきました チェックアウト後にすぐに忘れ物をしてしまい、すぐに連絡をくださり感謝いたします 良い旅行ができました"

"Staff were really excellent - super helpful. Location was a bit outside of the main city centre but the hotel runs free shuttles to/from the city centre on an hourly bases. There is car parking available for a fee. Hotel and room looks a bit dated but has a great view of Sakurajima. Onsen is smaller than what can be seen in the pictures - view of Sakurajima from the bath is unfortunately blocked for privacy reasons. "
