"Room was small, as is typical in Japan. Not a lot place to put luggage and purchases for three people. No dresser to put clothes in, and nowhere to hang used towels. Excellent location, easy walk to Hakata station."
"This was a very convenient hotel. Located right across the train station. Lots of dining and shopping options. Hotel rooms were clean but carpet needs to be changed. Lots of stains. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so hopefully, it will be refreshed soon. Staff is very helpful."
"This place is usable. Bed is comfy although only 2 small pillows on a double bed, but room size is large for an Asian hotel, which is nice. Biggest criticism is this hotel is fairly busy and 10 floors and has the 2 slowest elevators I’ve ever been on. And don’t bother trying the stairs because all the doors are dead bolted closed, so hopefully the rooftop pool has enough water to put out any fires or you’re going to be having a rough time."
"Our stay was comfortable after long tours. The staff are all amazing.
Shiori was extremely helpful, above and beyond. My husband forgot his hiking boots when we checked out. We contacted the hotel, and they responded immediately. They had the shoes mailed to our hotel in Tokyo, and even sent a message and stamped booklet with the shoes."
