NAHA TERAACE is a hotel where you can enjoy a very mature atmosphere. The facilities are not up-to-date, but they are very elegant and give you a sense of time and space. The hotel is a bit far from downtown, but this is not a problem if you are traveling by rental car or cab. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing vacation in Okinawa.

An oasis in Naha

So happy with our stay, truly an oasis in the town. Beutiful old fashioned/traditional building, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the food at the hotel restaurant la Sima. Can highly recommend!

Great Service and Nice Amenities. Although the property is older, it’s still kept up very well. We enjoyed the breakfast and club lounge in the afternoon. The rooms are very spacious and the property is centrally located. We were able to walk to nearby attractions and shopping areas. The pool and gym are small, but they were nice to have. We also enjoyed taking the free shuttle to their larger sister property up north. Overall a very nice hotel in Naha.

The stuff is very courteous to the guest very helpful, my husband and I spend 12 days in the hotel whatever we needed like do laundry, order dinner in room service and morning breakfast and service stuff all help us out , my husband just got married in July 2023 we came to Okinawa Naha city for honeymoon we felt happy very comfortable stay in this property next year we coming again in Naha Japan , we thinking stay in this hotel again ! We like this hotel very much quite and clean and excellent service !

After a lot of research I finally chose the Naha Terrace for our first trip to Okinawa - without a car. And I’m so glad I did - we had a wonderful stay! The hotel is grand and luxurious and elegant. Our king room was huge, very comfortable and had more amenities than you can imagine. We enjoyed spectacular meal at the hotel’s Teppanyaki restaurant and spent an afternoon by the lovely pool. There is a mall with a supermarket and a few restaurants just a few blocks away. We walked to the sites in Naha and took bus and monorail, both not too far away. One day we took the hotel’s free shuttle to their resort at Buseno and that was amazing too (beautiful beach, lovely hotel). The best part was the service - just so helpful and kind and friendly. This is a fantastic place. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxe stay (and in USD it was very reasonably priced).

I stayed for 3 nights and was able to spend a comfortable time this time, so I am grateful. I will let you know if I notice two points, including careless mistakes, below. 1. Children's pajamas and toothbrushes were not placed in the room for 2 nights. 2. Dust had accumulated in the elevator frame on the 7th floor.

息子3人と私達夫婦の5人でコネクティングルームを利用しました。とても清潔感あるお部屋で広々としており、大人5人が一部屋で過ごしているような感覚でした。車の駐車スペースも広く、また配車もすべて対応してくださりました。荷物を駐車場まで運ぶ必要がなく、とても助かりました。 国際通りにもお散歩がてらに20分ほど歩けば行けますし、タクシーに乗っても900円程度。 初めて沖縄行く場合は特におすすめしたい場所です。 朝食も洋食和食など選べて楽しかったです。 また行きたいところです。

We had difficulty locating the main hotel entrance. With GPS direction, we parked at the ballroom entrance but there was no signage directing us to the lobby check in area. We spent almost 30 minutes in the dark with no signage or staff assistance.

クラブフロアーに滞在しました。 （お友達家族との滞在でコネクティングルームが希望だった為。） チェックインからとても親切丁寧でやわらかい対応で心地よかったです。 お部屋はエグゼクティブスイートとのコネクティングルーム。 ８月に滞在した為、ビーチサンダルやプール用のビーチガウンも用意されており、プールに行くのにとても便利でした。 お部屋のスリッパはフカフカでとても気持ちよかったです。 楽しみにしていたアフタヌーンティーにアペリティフも充実しておりとても満足致しました。 朝食はステーキやエッグベネディクトを頂いてとても満足でした。 ベッドは硬めで、心地よい眠りが出来ました。
