Staff amazing, hotel clean. Location pretty good one stop from Kyoto or a 20 min walk. Hotel was clean and felt very modern. Little downsides were loved the coffee stations but if your rooms near it you will hear the grinder and the chatting. Apart from that felt like a good local hotel.

The extra amenities were extremely good — I don’t believe they were advertised as much. There were free drinks, snacks, a coffee room where you could grind your own beans to make coffee, a public bath and some more that we did not have a chance to try. Even the standard rooms were spacious and very functional. We did not try the breakfast, but the way it was structured, I would recommend.

This was hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything was perfect, from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the amazing range of amenities. The public bath, music room, game room, unlimited drink bar, and self serve pour over coffee station made the entire stay feel extra special. And the room was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail made the experience even better. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

The room was nice and clean and spacious. Great location by the park and aquarium. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of American and Japanese choices. Easy drivable access to all attractions. Lots of extras in the hotel makes it for really nice time. I love the rooftop with a view. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wow - we stayed here with our two kids and loved it. We had one of the family rooms facing the park on the 5th floor and could see the bullet trains from our beautiful balcony. We loved sitting up there or on the roof deck to watch all the activities in the park. The delicious coffee and afternoon drinks/snacks were lovely. We didn't do breakfast at the hotel as we were usually up and going early, but it looked delicious. A wonderful place to stay!
