We had an amazing stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. This hotel is very centrally located near many shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

A very lovely hotel with a nice onsen, the rooms are small but comfortable, the lounge at night is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some music and quiet conversations. The staff is friendly, extremely patient and helpful as well. It is nicely situated near several shops, restaurants (be warned the shops on the main strip and some of the off streets close at 8pm) and close to a few train lines/rails. Overall a nice stay.

Nice sized rooms, ice cold AC, very convenient location to transportation the Nishiki Market, and other hotspots in the city! Great toiletries available from the amenity bar, cool vibe with the music listening stations, and we were provided with two complimentary beverages from the bar during our stay! We would stay here again.
