The hotel was so close to the Kyoto train station South Gate. It was easy for us to catch the train, do shopping and dinning while we were staying at the hotel. Used Shinkansen, local trains and AirPort Express train from the Kyoto station without walking too far with our luggage.

Great location.

Location is great, short walks to the train stations, and very close to Kyoto station. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only request we had during our stay was for more pillows, and housekeeping dropped more off for us while we were out for the day.

Great location, close to major transport (5 minute walk to Kyoto station and 3 minute walk to Kujo station), great eateries close by, lots of convenience stores as well, the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful.
