Good quite hotel
Efficient hotel with polite staff, everything works. About 2 Km from Kuta beach, so quite place. Restaurant food is great.

The staff and service was outstanding we really enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel is located on a busy major road but when inside you couldn’t hear any of the traffic noise. we caught a taxi everywhere. It’s a good stop over hotel if passing through. The hotel itself needs updating and upgrading. Worn and stained carpets in the corridors chipped doors and skirting’s loose floor board around the pool the room needed a proper bar fridge. it was clean and the room was large and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it’s not a luxury resort it’s a good working hotel

Nice and relaxing stay
Our stay was good the people were very nice and polite and willing to please can’t fault them.the only thing was the breakfast the coffee was only percolated too strong for me the apple juice was so watered down it wasn’t nice the sweetener sachets was wet it wouldn’t come out but apart from that our stay was nice the bed was very comfy and the pillows were great thank you

It’s not very clean. There were a lot of mold in the bathroom. They need to clean the place and all the cracks down with bleach .

Like grandparents, sweet but outdated
The best thing about the hotel is the friendly staff that always greets you with a smile. Aside from that, the place needs a “facelift” and I personally didn’t love the location as I couldn’t easily walk around. It’s easier if you rent a scooter or grab everywhere though. Overall, I had a great treatment and I can’t really complain.

The hotel is rated as a 4 star venue, it is not maybe 2.5 rooms are in poor condition, furniture badly in need of repairs and re-painting, bathroom shower needs good clean. No toiletries except soap and toothbrush, only 2 towels no faces or hand towels. Companion shows safe in room and bathrobes not in room Pool area no atmosphere only 2 set of chairs and about 6 bean bags Front desk staff very good always remembered name and booked taxis. Food was OK did not have breakfast so can not comment. Noisy rooms when furniture is moved around in rooms each side or above. Stayed at other Swissbel Resorts will not stay at this one again. Recommend they provide arm chairs in rooms as only one desk chair is provided

I had a lovely stay at the rainforest, it’s and absolutely stunning lush setting in a very convenient locations. Whilst having lunch at the Bule Bar, the owner was with a photography crew taking promo pictures. As I was in the background, he offered me a complimentary spa treatment. I returned to my room later in the day to a hand writer note and business card with the offer. Such a lovely gesture and the massage was absolute heaven. I will most definitely be returning.

A decent hotel, but that's it
The hotel is decent. The junior suite room is big. The staff is nice and the cleanliness is OK. But that's about it, everything else is average at best. Probably better for a family looking to be further away from all the crowds.

Very Disappointing!
Was so disappointed when i checked in. Booked this hotel thru expedia wif confirmation about 1 month before travel date, only to be told that they were running on full house and can only offer us a twin bedded room when i did specifically requested for a King! Worst part was when they admitted to giving up my reservation for a tour group which just came in. Highlighted to them that reservations was made 1 month ago and yet it can be given up to a later request! Really disappointing how the management runs the the hotel!

Comfortable stay
Hotel was very comfortable and memorable stay. I belief oak restaurant menu had limited options. We stayed four nights and maximum of the time they asked us to sit outside as some function going on inside restaurant. It was very hot outside and somehow managed.Hotel service also needs to be improved.

Too far from anything to walk
The hotel appeared lovely when you first came in but after a few days you realised that we couldn't just go for a walk anywhere. Anything we needed or wanted to do required transport. Our room was not cleaned properly. I accidentally dropped a hiiball glass of coke. Unfortunately the glass broke. At the end of our stay I was charged for the glass, despite not getting it replaced during the rest of our stay. The coke from the accident was not cleaned up for the rest of the trip either. I cleaned the glass and did as best I could. The bathroom floor was deadly dangerous once wet that we were standing on towels after showers to avoid slipping. The road noise was not a problem but there was a lot of noise from other guests. Whilst this may be somewhat out of the direct control of the hotel, if they continue to hire out to large tour groups this is a given.

arrived at 1am. Fast checkin. Room was a bit dirty and aged. Most things had stains on them (chairs etc). But got it cheap and happy with it for what we paid. Breakfast was good.

Staff needs more training
To sum up, they gave my room to another person when I was sleeping inside that room. So imagine you are in a need of sleep and there were people in front of your room trying to get in in the middle of the night. The front office staff responsible for this apparently didn't report this because there was no note about this when I complained about it in the morning. Very unprofessional! During breakfast, I was told that I can order bacon and cheese directly to the staff. Well nobody took my order and after I finally got someone to take it, when I order some more extra, it never showed up until I finished my breakfast.

Average hotel
The hotel is average, it's suitable to be a 3 star due to lack of cleanliness, torn curtains, cockroaches, dirty wall however the staff was awesome, breakfast was good and a very comfortable bed. Location is bit far from Kuta town and there's no hotel shuttle to go to Kuta or any other beach. The other day, the was a function but the loud music was played through the out the night which was very disturbing.

Love this place
We'd go back to this place everytime we're in Bali. We've done two weeks this year and the same last year. They are warm and caring staff. I am typically greeted by name in the breakfast area. Its a larger hotel, but still presents itself in an amazing way. Good Food, good location, easy access to cabs and shopping and entertainment. Love the buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel, central to our needs
We love this place and are staying for an extended time once again. Staff is great. Taxi's are easy and economical for one's needs. The Breakfast bar is diverse and enjoyable. It is out of the core of Denpaser, but still well within the entertainment and shopping areas of the city.

Just a little out of Kuta but a short cab ride in. Amazing staff who looked after us very well. Not to many children. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time.
