What I like is it's location near mostly everything I needed. And the staff are so helpful. What I didn't like is the sound in the room! You can hear everything around you even what's happening in the other rooms and the lobby.

The Mercure Kuta Bali is a great mid-level hotel. It has a solid buffet in the morning, but it can get busy, and if you eat on the second level, you may have to carry your food up a flight of stairs. The resort has a nice pool overlooking the ocean across the street. It is not in the quietest location. The spa also has an ocean view, and is a great bargain for the location.

Good Value for money with superb location.

I am very happy with the room that i stayed with great window view of Kuta, Beach. Eventhough is abit expensive worth value for money with delicious 😋 breakfast. Definitely, i will come back next bring my husband for Anniversary.

Great location, the rooms are well maintained and confortable, the view from the balcony is amazing.. plus the staff is super friendly they will make everything to make you enjoy your stay, i wasn't expecting that from a big hotel. Apart from all gd breakfast was just ok...nothing to shout out Spa svc when booking and amazing room with beach front view...perfect tubs but massues svc was zero...armatures and doesnt seem professional. We pay high price . Hope they can get professional massues. Besides all gd ..pool fantastic with majestic view of Kuta

We had one long island ice tea, only, because it tasted like flat cola with no alcohol in. Basic popular drink, radler, not available. The double Jim Beam and come finally tasted like a normal drink but at over $20 per drink. The buffet dinner was horrible and cold with poor options. Absolute waste of money. No money change option. One good thing was when the tv didn't work they did change the tv out for a new one which was good. They also organised a taxi for us (at our cost) to the airport when we asked last minute. Hotel transfer wasn't available at the early hours we had to fly out. Wasn't an issue though, just more a heads up to keep some cash aside.
