"Excellent location near the Train Station. A convenient store is connected to the hotel. We enjoyed vey much the breakfast. We chose the deluxe room and the size of it and the bath room are great and fit our needs. Highly recommended."

"Very clean hotel, good size room. Great breakfast. Very good value for the price in a great location near Kyoto station. The staff were very helpful in recommending places to see or eat, and helping us set up reservations at restaurants as our Japanese is very limited."

"Lovely stay at this hotel, beautiful room with a great view, nice public bath in the basement, very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative is that there is only 1 washing machine available to males (2 for females) but as there were no females in our group there was a long way to use the washing machine. Would definitely stay again."
