"Clean room…great staff"

"I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Really cool spot!"

"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. We enjoyed a cozy evening indoors, cooking and shabu shabu together. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, and all the information provided was clear and helpful. We’re...

"とても素敵な、建物でした。 山も綺麗にみえ、居室も細部まで清潔で大満足でした"

"Very good. House had everything you could think of for a skiing holiday. All rooms/ bathrooms were very clean and to a high standard. Only 10 min walk from the main echoland street where there are many bars and restaurants."

"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "

"The staff and service is second to none! "

"民放のテレビが見れないのが、残念。 施設は綺麗でスタッフも愛想よく、感じが良かった。"

"Lovely, great location, friendly staff"

"This property is incredible, everything you need for a perfect stay. Kitchen well equipped , everything in great condition. If coming to Hakuba this is the place for you"

"Few days before checkin, property will email you the unit number and the access code to the door lock. Property is clean. It's short distance away from cafes and food. Parking on site too."

"Very friendly"

"Great property. Close to ski resorts and easy to get around "

"Great place to stay"

"Villa was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Well equipped with adequate amenities. Checkin process was easy. Washer and dryer worked really well!"

"I wish that host can provide clear instructions on how to check process. Not knowing how to get in touch with a host was big troublesome."

"The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."
