"Very disappointing – not as described The apartment was nothing like advertised. It’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. The playground shown in the photos is much farther away than it appears. On top of that, the place was dirty when we arrived. We had to leave the house early for the safety and well-being of our children. Definitely not recommended."

"The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended."
