"The breakfast was great"

"This hotel is very, very close to the Central Station so really convenient for getting the airport train (the Arland Express). It is close to the waterfront but it is a difficult walk to the waterfront. The hotel rooms were kept very clean by housekeeping but the whole experience is let down by the awful layout of the rooms. As is the modern way, there are no cupboards or drawers so you end up with clothes all over the room or still in your case (no storage for cases either). I'm not sure that whoever designed the room has ever stayed in one of their own rooms otherwise they would add, at least, a chest of drawers and somewhere to put a couple of cases."

"The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended."
