I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind.
The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness.

"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious!
