Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and high quality. Special thanks to Hakan Yıldırım, who took great care of us during breakfast his service was attentive, friendly, and professional. The entire hotel staff were helpful and courteous, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. "

"Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality throughout. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful — they even offered to bring items up or down for us when we couldn’t make it in time. Turn-down service was consistently well done, and the minibar was replenished promptly every day. One gesture that really stood out was how the housekeeping team placed a prayer mat in our room after noticing we were using face towels for prayers. It was such a considerate and respectful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even though we didn’t book a suite, the level of service we received never felt any less special. Combined with the palace’s stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings, the experience was simply wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again for another memorable visit."
