Hotel is clean. It’s about 45 mn away from the airport, in a residential area. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and has varied items. About 30 mn away from Karakoy and Galata Tower

Mona is an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were kind and responsive to any request. The cleaning lady was such a beautiful soul and with a positive attitude. I recommend Mona hotel to everyone :)

Close enough to walk to many places, but never had to wait more than a minute or two for taxi if needed to go further. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and could not have asked for better. Rooms were always clean and amenities were fine. Would happily stay there again.

Long weekend stay

The Mona Bosphorus exceeded our expectations. Great hotel with amazingly comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great position that is within walking distance of the main street and many places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. Some of the streets leading to the hotel are a bit steep but easily walkable and the taxi's were mostly OK getting to the hotel even in the rare snow which we had while we were there

The hotel was located close enough to Ortaköy, with a short walk of around 8 minutes away. The return journey was slightly longer due to steep heels but okay if you don’t want to skip leg day. The room was clean and tidy, with shampoo and body wash provided as well as complimentary water. The TV fitted in the room also at Netflix which was useful, enabling you to keep up to date with the latest series, etc.

Instead of double room, take twin. The double room has limited space to move. The basin of the bed and matresse are not fitting. For that reason one side is collapsing, besides the middle part is also collapsing. It was not a good bed choice. Also the location is very hilly. Be ready to climb a very steep slopes. Not easy to drive the car if you come with a car in this steep and narrow streets . There is closed parking space.

Oteldeki konaklamamızdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Baştan sona her şey özenli ve keyifliydi. Günün her saati sunulan çay ve kahve ikramı ayrı bir konfor kattı. Ayrıca odamızın ücretsiz olarak upgrade edilmesi ve kahvaltının ikram edilmesi bizi çok mutlu etti. Temizlik konusunda da oldukça başarılıydı, içimiz çok rahattı.
