This property was the best way to end our Istanbul trip. The views are unbeatable and iconic. It is also very central to things especially to Orta Koy. The rooms are also quite even though it’s centrally located. The staff are also very helpful

We had a truly unforgettable experience at Radisson Blu Bosphorus, where we stayed for two nights for our wedding preparations and honeymoon. From the early check-in to the way the team handled all of our requests throughout our stay, everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and solution-oriented. I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotel service experiences we have ever had. We would especially like to thank Ms. Lale for her exceptional care and attention. Her customer-focused approach, genuine interest, and willingness to find solutions to every request made us feel truly special throughout our stay. We sincerely thank the entire Radisson Blu Bosphorus team, and especially Ms. Lale, for the wonderful hospitality and outstanding service they provided during such a special time in our lives. We will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine hospitality. ❤️

Hotel is very well positioned. That is the only good thing. Hotel was dirty, from the entry door to the restaurant and the room. We were given a room that smell like an hash-tray. When we aske for a non-smoking room (as specified on the reservation) we were first told that there was no availability. We then told the staff that we could not stay in that room, and finally we were offered another room. The room was dirty, the white sofa had red stains that seam blood. No space for the kids' beds. We told them that we could definitely not stay like that and that the hotel and rooms where completely misrepresented online. We ended up leaving and we were denied until now any refound from the hotel. STAY AWAY, it is a scam!

Directly at the Bosphorus in nice neighborhood. Awesome breakfast room and breakfast. Super nice staff, room tidiness perfect but window was broken, mirror lamp in bathroom was not working and light bulb was not working but did not effect our stay. Would recommend it. Staff were great. The netted curtains were dirty the windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. I was moved to another room which had the same problem but I did not bother complaining further. Hotel location is excellent.

The property could do a bit more with carpeting in the corridors. Needs regular shampooing and in some places replacement. Staff very helpful and courteous Breakfast excellent

Location was great! Concierge need to inform themselves better with ferry routes/pricing and Bosphorus tour options, as they gave us false and conflicting information. A quick search online gave us better options for travelling around the city. Rooms are spacious and overall clean, except for some mold around some shower tiles. Breakfast was excellent and the view of the Bosphorus was even better.
